Every fertility website in Delhi NCR says the same things. Advanced laboratory. Latest technology. Expert team. None of it is checkable, and you are being asked to hand over something you cannot replace. Here is what actually decides whether your eggs or sperm survive, and the questions that separate one place from another.
We are opening a guide about egg freezing with a room full of doctors, and that needs explaining.

None of that is here to impress you. It is here because it is the one thing about a fertility laboratory that an outsider can actually verify, and this guide is about how you verify things.
Search for egg freezing in Delhi, Noida or Gurgaon and you will find twenty places that all look identical. Same stock photographs, same claims, same absence of a price. You cannot see the laboratory. You cannot meet the person who will handle your eggs. You have no way to compare.
So most people pick on whichever website looked most reassuring, or whichever clinic a friend mentioned. Which is a strange way to choose where something irreplaceable gets stored for the next decade.
Egg freezing is really two different pieces of work done by two different kinds of people.
The first is clinical: the hormone stimulation, the monitoring, and the retrieval itself. That is a gynaecologist or a fertility specialist, done in a clinic, over roughly two weeks.
The second is laboratory: what happens to the eggs in the minutes and years after they leave the theatre. Grading, vitrification, and storage in liquid nitrogen at minus 196 degrees, for as long as you want them kept.
Most places in Delhi NCR sell you both together and ask you to judge them as one thing. They are not one thing. A brilliant clinician can hand eggs to an average laboratory, and you will never find out until the day you come back for them.
There is no single best doctor for egg freezing in Delhi NCR, and anybody who claims the title is selling rather than advising. But the question behind it is a fair one, so here is a straight answer to what it really means: how do I tell who is good?

A standard sperm count test in Delhi NCR, which most labs still call a semen analysis, reports concentration and motility. That is where most reports stop. But a sample can look entirely normal on those two numbers while morphology under strict criteria, vitality, or sperm DNA fragmentation say something completely different. Male factor is involved in about half of all infertility cases (WHO), and a thin report is how that gets missed.
If you want the full picture rather than the headline numbers, that is what an in-depth sperm analysis in Delhi NCR is for. A basic sperm count test tells you how many. An in-depth one tells you what condition they are in.
This comes up more than anything else we are asked, usually from a man holding a report he does not fully understand, issued by a centre that also sells the treatment he is being steered toward.

Earlier is better, because both the number and the quality of eggs fall with age, and the decline steepens after the mid thirties. The late twenties to early thirties is the widest window, but the honest answer depends on your own ovarian reserve rather than your birthday.
No. Egg freezing uses the stimulation and retrieval part of the IVF process and stops there. Nothing is fertilised, no embryo is created, and no treatment follows.
