Small-group andrology training

Four or five people, one bench, and enough time that everyone actually performs the work rather than watching someone else do it.

Why the group stays small

A large room can be taught at. It cannot be taught. Andrology technique is corrected in the moment, when a smear is too thick or a count drifts because the chamber was loaded badly, and that correction only happens if someone is standing next to you.

So these sessions run with a handful of doctors. Everyone loads a chamber. Everyone makes a smear and reads it. Everyone runs a gradient and looks at what came back. Nobody spends the afternoon at the back of a room.

It is the same reason the two-day course is kept deliberately small.

He teaches this properly over two days

A session is an hour or an afternoon. The Andrology School is two days at the bench, in small batches, where you perform every technique yourself instead of watching it projected.
